Short, but awesome!

I waited for a while for your next Siblings cartoon and its finally here- it's like Christmas! Only in a different way- I mean not as great as Christmas (since nothing is better than Christmas), but the mini-sode is still pretty awesome.

The animation and art is still above par. The shading and backgrounds seem to have improved. The voices and music are also clear and crisp so they're great.

If you're looking for constructive criticism, I have only two points to make about the cartoon. (1) I understand it's a mini episode, but it still was pretty short (though all the extra stuff and scrapbook make up for that,) And then (2), I personally didn't like Rob's idea for Heinous Anus Zone. As Johnny said, it's gross. But I guess that's what it's supposed to be. So I guess neither of these flaws are really that bad.

Anyways, in closing, in conclusion, and all in all, it's a great cartoon. Kinda short, but overall funny and I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to your future cartoons. Good job and good luck.

P.S. Curse you and your rambling! It's infectious!

Bobert-Rob responds:

Heh, yeah, me and my infectious rambling. I got a gift, I guess. And yeah, I realize it's a gross idea... but that's part of what makes it funny. That and I could totally picture a Sonic level revolving around that due to the way the intestines are set up. Thanks for watching and commenting, I hope you enjoy my future works as much!

Wow, funny, unexpected, hilarious

This is a really nicely animated cartoon- the animation is smooth and reminiscent of the classic cartoons in how it flows. The character and background art is also way above par.

In addition to great art and animation, the plot is really funny and unexpected- random but hilarious.

Overall, it's a great flash- 10/10.

Oh man... Wow.

This is simply amazing- no other words could really describe this series. The animation and art is simply to die for- such detail is put into the backgrounds and characters, and everything is smooth and flowing. I wish I had the patience and skill to make something as great as this.

The story and music also go together hand-in-hand. The end almost made me cry- it's really so sad that the world couldn't accept their love. The characters are lively and memorable so their happiness and sorrow is deeply connected with the viewer. I don't know how to say it, but this is so deep and so amazing. Good job.

That was made in Flash?!

That was truly amazing, the detail, the animation, the art... I can't believe it was made using Flash- I mean, I've seen some pretty phenomenal things done in Flash, but that simply blew me away. Great job!

ASK-animation responds:

not just flash but was made using a variety of tools

Great, but not AWESOME

It was pretty good, nicely animated, and in the AWESOME style, and the voices are pretty good as well, but I thought the movie as a whole seemed a bit... lacking. I think in terms of the jokes and writing, I didn't really find it very funny. A few times, I chuckled, but never really laughed.

However, it is still a really good movie. 8/10

In a word: Beautiful

Everything about this movie is simply amazing- the animation, the drawings, the music, everything. It has a good solid story which kind of goes around in an endless circle, but truly shows the power of music. Nice job. This is an amazing piece of work.

Interesting...

It was pretty interesting. First, I'll tell my review and then go on with my interpretation. The visuals were kind of simplistic, but they fit the theme well. They were reminiscent of Don Hertzfeldt's "Rejected", which is a good thing since I absolutely loved his animation. The storyline was also pretty good and interesting (though it lacked a true plot, it was still an interesting movie).

I'm guessing the scribbles represent thought and the ending shows sharing thoughts and ideas.

It was alright

Should I start with the good points first or bad? I'll start with the bad and end on a good note.

Anyway, I thought it was really short and that all seemed like it should just be the intro to a bigger cartoon. Though it might just be your style, I didn't really like its simplicity, I thought that the lack of arms and mouth were kind of bad.

Moving onto the good points: the animation seemed smooth and I liked the blur parts (reminiscent of Blockhead). The sound effects and music are also good- crisp and clear, but I think the voice acting needs a little work to make a more unique voice.

Overall though, it was a pretty good cartoon.

It's cool, but...

It's really cool, but it's not enough to really be submitted on Newgrounds. Maybe if you found a way to work it into a movie or work it into a game, it would be better received.

Awesome cartoon, great job!

It was really funny and I enjoyed it. I can't wait till more. One problem I found in the deleted scene was when Fred knocks down the Jenga blocks, his thumbs face the wrong way. Since it's a deleted scene, you might not need to fix it, but it's just something I wanted to point out. besides that minor issue, it's an awesome cartoon. I only wish I could make something that great...

JKR responds:

Doh, I didn't even notice the thumb thing. That's why I get for trying to animate something that complicated! :P
Thanks, though, I appreciate the feedback. I may fix his hands, but I don't know. Like you said, it was a deleted scene, and I've already moved on to the follow up to this cartoon now. We'll see I guess.
